Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero continue to share their workout routines for their Instagram followers.

Aubrey Miles is showing her social media followers the importance of sticking to your workout schedule and how it affects your daily life.

In her Instagram account, Aubrey continuously uploads different types of workout with Troy Montero. Aubrey's recent post is all about full body sweat/circuit.

She also confessed that she doesn't recognize the day anymore since we are under enhanced community quarantine. Still, she is committed to maintain her fitness program.

"FULL BODY SWEAT/CIRCUIT TODAY. What day is it? Lol Does it really matter? We're still working out @troymontero We just want to stay active and maintain our daily routine.'

According to the fit mom, maintaining a routine makes healthy changes in your body.
