Opportunities continue to pour into the life Jeraldine Blackman, the Australia-based Filipina content creator.
The native of Cauayan, Isabela, gets another endorsement deal during her second visit to the Philippines. She was named as the endorser of Beautederm's new Cristaux serum variants on May 22 at Beautéderm Headquarters in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Before she was formally introduced, the brand owner, Rhea Tan, told invited entertainment reporters and vloggers that their collaboration with Jeraldine would help the brand reach more global consumers, highlighting Jeraldine and her family's international influence.
Currently, the Blackman family has a massive online presence: 2.5 million followers on Instagram, on 2.4 million followers on TikTok, 2.9 million followers on Facebook.
Tan added, “We're both Ilocanas. We share the same love for family, and we both honor our roots. Jeraldine is an inspiration, especially to women. She's authentic that's why people love her.”
Jeraldine's addition to her roster of endorsers also marked the brand's 15th anniversary.
“She's the perfect influencer to do it. But it's just the beginning. We will announce more surprises soon as part of this big milestone. We thank our consumers for their loyalty and support,” Tan said.
Meanwhile, Jeraldine expressed her admiration for Tan after she was introduced to the media.
“I really admire Ate Rhea as an entrepreneur. Look at her. She's so successful yet so humble. I know her brand is well-loved here in the Philippines, and I am so excited to make content endorsing the three new products,” the social media influencer said.
She then related how she got connected with Tan, “Ate Rhea contacted me and she said she's been following me for a long time already. I was very surprised. I had no idea that a well-known businesswoman knew me. We kinda like, speak the same language. We're both Ilocanas.”
In a previous interview, Jeraldine mentioned that she and her family would return to the Philippines occasionally if there's a business or endorsement offer. However, she clarified that when it comes to her kids, their studies in Australia always come first.
