When veterinarian and animal lover Bernard Razon dies unexpectedly, his soul comes back to the world of the living via his faithful dog Bantay. Together, they look over Bernard's family and go on exciting adventures as one entity: Bantatay.

Bantatay is one of GMA's most successful shows, and as such, the Kapuso network is bringing it back on November 10!

Bantatay scored big when it debuted its first episode, garnering a 12.5% share among Mega Manila viewers in the AGB Nielsen People/Individual Ratings. Its rival, which incidentally also aired its pilot episode on the same day, garnered an 11.1% share.

Bantatay was also chosen as the Most Entertaining Child Friendly Show at the 2010 Lingkod TV Awards. The National Council for Children's Television (NCCT) and the Department of Education (DepEd), bestowed the award to Bantatay in recognition of the show's efforts to uphold traditional Filipino values, as well as promoting proper animal treatment.

Cited in particular was the brief informative segment, Bilin ni Bantay which is shown at the end of each episode. The segment was created in cooperation with the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). It gives practical tips on pet care like how to go about adopting a dog or how to treat simple ailments.

Make your morning more exhilarating and educational with Bernard and Bantay's exploits on Bantatay: Ang Pagbabalik, Monday to Friday at 9:45 am.
