Baeby Baste says he's been praying for COVID-19 pandemic to end, "Sana po mawala na po itong COVID-19 para po makabalik na ako. Ang 'Eat Bulaga,' family ko po sila."

Eat Bulaga dabarkads Baeby Baste is enjoying the quarantine period in his hometown in General Santos City together with his mommy Shiela Granfon and younger brother Samsam.

In an exclusive interview on 24 Oras, the cheeky child star shared what he's been up to these past few months.

Aside from spending quality time with his family, Baste also took the time to learn new skills including cooking and baking his favorite dishes and treats.

“Choco chip cookies kasi po kaunti ingredients ilagay. 'Tapos safe sa kids na katulad ko basta po may magbantay na adults,” he said.

The young EB host also attends classes online. Like other students, Baste also struggles with distance learning.

So, mahirap po talaga,” he said.

Meanwhile, Baste also expressed his longing for his Eat Bulaga dabarkads, whom he has not seen in person for months due to the lockdown.
