Baekhyun, Changmo, and DJ Raiden will definitely let you channel your A-game with the latest track, 'Runner.'
The collaboration of the year is finally here!
South Korean eSports organization T1 has finally dropped the music video for its 2021 theme song, and it's bringing only the best of the best in K-pop together under one stage.
Titled “Runner,” T1 partnered with EXO's Baekhyun, CHANGMO, and DJ Raiden to produce an EDM pop track that is said to reflect the team's determination and commitment to win this year's League of Legends World Championships.
“Runner” showcases the beautiful blending of Baekhyun's effortless vocals with Changmo's undisputed skills in rapping while DJ Raiden provided a rhythmical rock trap beat.
The music video also showcased the active T1 team members, namely Kim Chang-dong, Choi Woo-je, Moon Woo-chan, Choi El-lim, Moon Hyeon-joon, Lee Ju-hyeon, Lee Sang-hyeok, Lee Min-hyeong, Park Jin-seong, and Ryu Min-seok.
In a press release by T1, it said, “The intense beat symbolizes their determination towards this year's World Championship. The track will be used as the walk-up music for the team if the games officially return to offline matches.”

Following the release, DJ Raiden thanked the two K-pop idols for collaborating with him on the track.
He tweeted, “I'm surrounded by so many amazing artists and players to make a song like this happen. Thanks to @B_Hundred_Hyun and CHANGMO for finishing this tune!

This isn't the first time Baekhyun delved into the world of gaming.
In 2020, the EXO vocalist collaborated with Gen.G to showcase his e-sports skills by playing PUBG with the professional gamers.
During the said live stream, the joint broadcast surpassed more than 500,000 views, and its highlight was later uploaded on both Baekhyun and Gen. G's YouTube channel.
