The last week of 'Bai Ling Tan' sees a possible future for Chun Yao and Han Sheng.
As the historical fantasy Chinese drama Bai Ling Tan is about to end, Chun Yao comes to a tough decision to save Han Sheng.
Han Sheng is given the chance to stay in Bai Ling Tan with Chun Yao by opting to become a charm spirit. All she needs to do is drink a specific bottle of wine in order to become one. But living the life of a charm spirit is painful as she will have to endure the hardships of resurrection in the dark and a hundred days of death and love.
Although Chun Yao disagrees, Han Sheng pushes to drink the wine on their wedding day because she wants to be with him forever. Soon, the two got married and Chun Yao served Han Sheng bountiful food.
On their wedding day, Chun Yao and Han Sheng drank the wine together. But after Han Sheng fell asleep, Chun Yao started tearing up as it was revealed that he changed Han Sheng's drink to a bottle of Mingquan water that would make her forget him and set her free.
