
As the month of March concludes, which also marks the celebration of Women's Month, Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza shared a recent achievement.
On her Instagram, Barbie revealed that she completed a 10-kilometer run at the AWR Asia Shine event, which is the first all-women's race on the continent.
The event, dedicated to women, took place on March 29 at Filinvest, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
According to Barbie, it was a wonderful way to end Women's Month. She expressed that she truly felt the solidarity and mutual support among women during the event.
“What a great way to end women's month!” Barbie wrote in the caption of her post.
She added, “Just ran 10k for SHINE @awrasiaseries and I really felt the community and support of all the women during the race. Cheering each other up, sharing laughs with friends and caring for one another.”
Following the physical challenge, the Kapuso star enjoyed a well-deserved "Sunday reset."
Barbie's post resonated with fans, emphasizing the importance of mental health and physical wellness.
“You have no idea how much I needed this Sunday reset,” she added, marking a refreshing end to a busy month.
