Nag-donate si Barbie Forteza ng P100,000 sa Save the Children Philippines para sa naapektuhan ng lindol sa Cebu.
Nakiisa si Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza sa pagbibigay ng tulong sa mga apektado ng malakas na lindol sa Cebu.
Personal na nag-donate si Barbie ng P100,000 para sa relief operations sa Northern Cebu, partikular para sa mga bata. Ipinaabot niya ito sa pamamagitan ng Save the Children Philippines kung saan nagsisilbi din siya bilang ambassador.
"Children in Cebu are still reeling from the earthquake and aftershocks, with some forced to sleep outside in the rain.
"To support urgent relief and children's education, @sparklegmaartistcenter Actress and Save the Children Philippines Ambassador @barbaraforteza donated P100,000 for our response and called on the public to help children in need.
"Thank you, Barbie, for standing #ForAndWithChildren in this difficult time.

Umaasa naman si Barbie na marami pang mga Pilipino ang magpapaabot ng tulong sa mga nasalanta ng lindol.
"Children have the right to protection and education, even in the most difficult circumstances. I hope more people will come together to support the children of Northern Cebu, because they deserve to feel safe, cared for, and hopeful again," pahayag niya.

Tumama sa Cebu ang isang magnitude 6.9 earthquake noong September 30.
Nag-iwan ito ng malawakang pinsala sa probinsiya kaya nawalan ng access sa basic necessities tulad ng pagkain at tubig ang mga residente.
