"This is the type of horror na makaka-relate ka kasi malalim siya, e," says Barbie Forteza when asked about her first thought of 'P77.'
Barbie Forteza became candid when she shared her first thought when she read the script of her upcoming mind-bending horror movie, P77.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Barbie said that the public will relate to P77 as it also tackles a story about a family.
She said, "Ang talino, ang lalim, tsaka ang ganda ng mensahe kaya para sa akin, this is the type of horror na makaka-relate ka kasi malalim siya, e."
"Hindi siya 'yung basta lang makapanakot, ganyan. Istorya talaga siya ng pamilya."
P77 is a mind-bending horror film directed by Derick Cabrido and written by Enrico Santos, based on an original concept by Anj Atienza and Kristian Julao.
Barbie portrays Luna, a breadwinner who was thrust to carry the weight of her family when her mother suddenly goes missing while working in P77.
P77 will be distributed by Warner Bros. Philippines (). It will be shown exclusively in cinemas on July 30.
