There's no stopping sports analyst and coach Charles Tiu from marrying the woman of his dreams, fashion designer Sari Lazaro, despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The two exchanged "I do's" last July 24 at the Tagaytay Midlands.

In a heartwarming Instagram post, the brother of iBilib host Chris Tiu revealed that their dream location for their wedding ceremony was Italy, but they had to change their plans due to the virus.

Charles wrote, “Finally found the one who makes my life complete. I got to marry the one who makes me want to become a better person and someone who taught me to love with no conditions.

“We dreamt of getting married in Italy, but covid made us change our plans. The backdrop of this photo though that was captured by @patdy11 is just as good as anywhere in the world, especially in a place that has been very significant for our family's lives.”

Meanwhile, former PBA cager Chris also penned a sweet message for Charles and his sister-in-law.

Chris said that he is happy and excited for the new chapter in their lives as husband and wife.

“Congratulations to Charles and Sari! We are so happy for them and excited for their life ahead as husband and wife.

“Many things didn't go as originally planned, but God has a better plan for everything in His perfect time.

“What a beautiful and very intimate wedding inside Tagaytay Midlands with the Taal lake in the background.”
