Since her move to the U.S., BB Gandanghari has chosen to live a quiet life, away from the gossips and intrigues of show business that has hounded her almost half of her life.

But all that changes today as BB launches her online talk show dubbed 'BB. Talk' via popular video-sharing platform, the You Tube.  

It's a 5-minute show that aims to inspire as well as entertain viewers with topics ranging from the mundane to the extraordinary.

Quite fitting for its first episode, BB talked about change.

According to her, change is scary because of two things: "One is because it takes you out of your comfort zone... The other thing is when you try to embrace change, there is always the possibility of encountering intersections along the way..."
