BB Gandanghari fulfills dream of gaining American citizenship after residing in the US for more than a decade.

BB Gandanghari, formerly known as actor Rustom Padilla shocked the nation after she formally came out as a transgender in 2009. Now, she is reaching another milestone as she happily announced her American citizenship has been approved.
