
TV/movie actress Bea Alonzo took to social media, yesterday, April 14 to remind everyone to look after not just their physical health but their mental health as well amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Bea posted on Instagram a positive message to uplift the spirit of her followers and fans during this difficult moment in our lives.
She wrote, "Have you been doing things that make you feel like YOU?
"In this crisis, I think it is important not to just take care of our physical health but also our mental health.
"We will overcome this together and BETTER. Stay hopeful guys!"
Meanwhile, "Megastar" Sharon Cuneta also commented on Bea's post and advised her to take care of herself.
The actress has been busy doing her part in helping frontliners. Recently, she cooked meals for the personnel working at the Fatima University Medical Center in Valenzuela and East Avenue Medical Center, Philippine Heart Center, and Lung Center of the Philippines in Quezon City.

The Philippine government has extended the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon until April 30.
