The “Thursday Barkada” girls are finally back together again!
Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo recently spent some quality time bonding with her friends and One More Chance co-stars, Dimples Romana and Beatriz Saw.
In an Instagram post, Dimples shared highlights of their “girls' bonding” session with the two “Bea's.”
The post features a happy mirror selfie of the three of them together. It also shows the trio enjoying a dinner catch-up, joined by Dimples' son, Elio.
In her caption, Dimples expressed her love for her “sisters,” referring to them by their beloved movie names: Basha (Bea) and Anj (Beatriz).
Dimples pointed out the significance of their Thursday meetup, noting how much she missed her two friends.
The timing was a sentimental tribute to the “Thursday Barkada” from their film, where their characters made it a sacred tradition to gather every Thursday night.
“Because it's Thursday and I've missed my Basha and Anj,” Dimple wrote in the caption.
She also couldn't help but feel sentimental as she reunited with her long-time soul sisters, expressing her gratitude by saying, “To get to do life with you two. Blessed beyond measure.”
Dimples also included a nostalgic trip down memory lane by including a throwback photo of the trio taken in 2007 in the post, the same year their iconic film was released.
“20 years ago, akalain mo yun,” she wrote.
