Isang intense finale episode ang hinatid ng Kapag Nahati Ang Puso sa pagtatapos nito ngayong Biyernes, November 2.
Ang mga bida nitong sina Bea Binene at Sunshine Cruz, lubos na nagpasalamat sa mga sumubaybay at sumuporta sa kanilang teleserye.
