It looks like the past few weeks have been a time of reminiscing for Beatrice Luigi Gomez as she has been looking back and now meeting people that have been a part of her Miss Universe journey.

In one of her recent posts on Instagram, Beatrice put up several photos of her meeting up with her Miss Universe 2021 colleague, Kim Duyen, who competed as Miss Universe Vietnam. Along with them was Miss Universe Vietnam 2018, Nie H'Hen.

In the caption to the post, Beatrice described Kim as her “hype girl” and called meeting “Vietnam's game changer” Nie H'Hen an honor. Beatrice further added that they could not contain themselves when they met each other and screamed their hearts out at the mall.

It's not surprising that Beatrice is looking back at her tenure as Miss Universe Philippines, as she has done a lot of things during and after her reign. Beatrice was one of the many celebrities spearheading relief efforts for those who were affected by Typhoon Odette and other calamities.

Beatrice conducted relief operations for victims of a fire in Mantayog, Mandaue back in January. In the same month, she also conducted relief operations for victims of Typhoon Odette in Compostela, Cebu.

After her tenure, Beatrice also advocated for causes like LGBTQIA+ rights, such as when she took part in an anti-discrimination initiative organized by a life insurance company a month before Pride.

Beatrice has also gone to acquire her Mass Communication degree as well as speak in front of the Philippine Navy as part of the Philippine Navy's NAVSTRAP 3 Strategy Execution.
