Kabilang ang Kapuso actress na si Beauty Gonzalez sa stellar cast ng upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series na 'Prinsesa ng City Jail.'
Mapapanood ang versatile actress na si Beauty Gonzalez sa nalalapit na GMA Afternoon Prime series na Prinsesa ng City Jail, na pagbibidahan nina Sofia Pablo at Allen Ansay.
Sa naturang serye ay makikilala si Beauty bilang Sharlene. Sa naganap na media conference nitong Martes (January 7), ikinuwento ng Kapuso star kung bakit niya tinanggap ang afternoon drama series na ito.
Dito ay pinasalamatan niya ang Kapuso network dahil sa patuloy na pagtitiwala at pagbibigay ng suporta sa kanya.
“Unang-una sa lahat, I want to thank GMA for continuously supporting me since nung lumipat ako noong 2021 hanggang ngayon, tuloy-tuloy 'yung binibigay na projects sa akin. Iba-iba talaga 'yung projects na binibigay,” pagbabahagi niya.
Ayon kay Beauty, tinanggap niya ang proyekto dahil sa ganda ng istorya at ang bawat karakter ay nabigyan ng pagkakataon para mag-shine.
Aniya, “I said yes to this because, why not? Ang ganda ng istorya. Tama 'yung sinabi ni Direk Jerry [Sineneng], each character here will shine. It's not only because of Princess, because of Sharlene, or because of Divina, but lahat kami dito may purpose sa story, and I want to be a part of that. As an artist, I want to learn from my co-actors. I want to learn something new.
"It's about the story and the story itself is very timely. And I'm happy to work, sa totoo lang. I love working. It's the only time I get to see my co-actors. I get to talk about art, I get to talk about our work.”
Dagdag pa ni Beauty, masaya siya na makatrabaho ang young generation of stars ng serye.
“I always love to be with the young ones kasi nakakabata, but at the same time, I'm happy to work with them. I'm happy to get to know them more,” saad niya.
Abangan ang world premiere ng Prinsesa ng City Jail sa January 13 sa GMA Afternoon Prime.
Samantala, kasalukuyang napapanood si Beauty sa Kapuso action-comedy series na Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis Season 3 sa GMA.
