Here's a scrumptious Beef Biryani recipe from Chef Boy Logro that you can cook up to celebrate the Muslim Feast of Sacrifice.

July 31, 2020 has been declared by President Rodrigo Duterte as a regular holiday in observance of Eid al-Adha or the Muslim Feast of Sacrifice.

And, if you're looking for a dish to serve for the celebration of Eid al-Adha, then here's a Beef Biryani recipe shared by everyone's “Idol sa Kusina,” Chef Boy Logro.

Beef Biryani

Biryani is a mixed rice dish believed to have originated among the Muslims in India.

According to Chef Boy, the word “biryani” was derived from the Persian word “birinj”, which means rice.

To recreate Chef Boy Logro's Beef Biryani recipe, here are the ingredients you'll need:

1. Garlic
2. Ginger
3. Basmati rice
4. Chicken stock
5. Cardamon
6. Cinnamon stick
7. Star Anise
8. Beef
9. Onions
10. Tomatoes
