It seems that a netizen got confused and dragged Bela Padilla's name in the breakup of Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque.
Actress Bela Padilla recently celebrated her fourth anniversary with her Swiss boyfriend Normay Bay.
Through a post on Instagram, Bela showed her appreciation for Norman, especially since they have been in a long-distance relationship for quite some time.
"To the person who supports my mission to finish Hogwarts Legacy on the PlayStation and will happily take over the stages that are too scary for me, happy anniversary and I miss you!" Bela wrote in her post along with some photos of her and Norman.
Many of Bela's celebrity friends sent their congratulations on this milestone, including Angelica Panganiban, Rhen Escaño, Dani Barretto, Joanna Ampil, and many others.
But one comment that seemed out of place in Bela's happy post caught the attention of many.
"Bakit anniversary? Ano 'yung kay Dominic? Kaloka nakakawalang respeto sa self," the netizen wrote.
["Why anniversary? What was that with Dominic? It's crazy to have no self-respect ."]
Bela was also surprised by the comment so she only answered it with three question marks.
It seems that this commenter mistook Bela for the actress Bea Alonzo who just broke up with her boyfriend and fiance Dominic Roque.
Some other commenters quickly corrected and explained that Bela Padilla and Bea Alonzo are different people. Others insist that the two actresses look so similar that they are easily mistaken for each other.
Meanwhile, Bela is based in London and he just returned to the Philippines this February.
