Benj Manalo to his late mom Ana Lyn: “Thank you for everything, thank you for all the life lessons you've shown us.”
Actor-entrepreneur Benj Manalo is still mourning the death of his mother, Anna Lyn Santos Manalo, who passed away on January 16.
Anna Lyn is the estranged wife of Eat Bulaga host Jose Manalo.
In a heartfelt letter he wrote, the Rak of Aegis thanked his mom for all the life lessons that she has given to him.
He said, “Dear mommy, Thank you for everything, thank you for all the life lessons you've shown us, this week was a rollercoster ride but it ended up in full restoration. Love, hope, peace, joy, sadness and family.. these are the things/knowlege that you left us and will be forever be treasured in our heart.”
Benj added, “You are a testimony to us. A testimony of God's love to His children. We are saddened that you have to went through all of those. But we are happy that you are now in His kingdom. You may sing and dance now and enjoy eternal life with God. You will be missed by your children, your sisters and everyone who loves you.”
On behalf of the family, Benj also expressed his appreciation to everyone who sent their condolences, “Thank you to all the friends and family who sent their deepest condolences to our family, we really appreciate you all. Thank you for leading this family. I love you so much mommy. We love you. Rest now mom.”
Several stars also offered their sympathies to Benj and his wife, comedienne Lovely Abella, including Kim Atienza, Dominic Roque, and Alessandra de Rossi.
