Why does Cosmo Centerfold Benjamin Alves let his make-up artist or stylist sit on his back?

Tutok na tutok na sa pagpapa-macho ang mga Kapuso hunks para sa nalalapit na Cosmo Bachelor Bash. At para kay Benjamin Alves, hindi dahilan ang kanyang pagiging busy para mapabayaan ang sarili.
Tila kulang sa oras si Benjamin para sa last minute work-out dahil sa sunod-sunod na taping sa Dading, pero mayroon daw siyang kakaibang approach to stay fit.
“Totoo ‘yun, ‘yung mga make-up artists namin, 'tsaka mga stylist namin, pinapaupo ko sila [sa likod]. ‘Cause sometimes when you do the push-ups, you kinda want weight eh. You can’t bench press on the set, kailangan maraming weight yun eh,” bahagi ng aktor.
“So you make them sit down on your back, seryoso ‘yun… try to be creative. Pag may puno, you try to do pull-ups. If there’s a pool, you swim. Dala-dala ko ‘yung bike ko,” dugtong niya, referring to his other fitness routines.
Dagdag pa niya, “When I do bring food, it’s for everyone, para hindi ko siya maubos [mag-isa].”
Kabilang sa iba pang Kapuso hunks na magpapainit ng gabi on September 24 sa World Trade Center sina Pancho Magno, Geoff Eigenmann, Eat Bulaga’s ‘You're my ForeigNoy’ Ginoong Luzon winner Diego Furoni, at Cosmo virgins Jak Roberto at Jeric Gonzales.
