Comedian Betong Sumaya finds two old memorabilia pins from his stint on 'Survivor Philippines.'
While cleaning his home, Kapuso comedian Betong Sumaya unearthed two old memorabilia pins featuring him and friend Maey Bautista.
The pins were from their stint on Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown, the fourth and final season of the Philippine version of the hit American reality series Survivor.
"Wow look at this @maeybautista nakita ko habang ako'y naglilinis ng place ko, noong 2012 pa ito hehehe Ang daming good and not so good memories na biglang kong naisip habang nasa Survivor tayo noon ," he wrote on Instagram.
Betong also took the chance to send a message of hope amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
"But seriously guys i just hope and pray na maSURVIVE nating lahat itong napakalaking hamong ito, 'wag sana tayong mawalan ng pag asa at tiwala sa DIYOS Always stay safe & healthy guys #SurvivorCelebrityDoublesShowdown," he continued.
Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown ran from 2011 to 2012, where Betong emerged as the Sole Survivor while Maey was the eleventh person to be voted out.
