The actress made the announcement in a 10-minute video that she posted on the YouTube channel “A Blessing Channel by Bettinna Carlos-Eduardo,” with the first few seconds of it showing her daughter Gummy seeing a pregnancy test that says Bettinna is pregnant once again.

In the rest of the video, Bettinna explains how they found out about the good news saying that it was so “random” and “unexpected.” According to her, she and her husband were set to leave for a friend's anniversary celebration last April 19 and on a whim, she took a pregnancy test to make sure that she was okay to drink beer.

To her surprise, the test came out positive, especially since she was not supposed to get pregnant until six months after her pelvic laparotomy and because she and her husband had stopped trying to get pregnant for a while.

She did not believe the initial test at first and took another one the next day, which also came out positive. However, she still held off from believing the results, opting to take another pregnancy test five days later. That test, and another test she took the day after, still tested positive.

By then, she decided to share the news with her daughter by showing the positive pregnancy test to her at a restaurant after going to church.

In the video, Bettinna also noted how she lost her unborn child and is now pregnant with another one in the same year. She also shared that the child was probably conceived during their first-year anniversary of moving to La Union.

Bettinna also noted the difference between this new baby and the one she miscarried, noting that this new baby was right in the middle of her uterus, where her baby should be, while her previous one was not.
