Bettinna Carlos is ready to say “I do” to non-showbiz boyfriend Mikki Eduardo.
It looks like Bettinna Carlos and Mikki Eduardo are ready to take their relationship to the next step. The two announced their engagement!
On Wednesday, October 7, the Kapuso actress revealed on Instagram that she gave her sweet “yes” to her non-showbiz boyfriend after posting their photo with her daughter Gummy.
She simply captioned the post with a family, a heart, and prayer hands emojis.
Bettinna is seen wearing her engagement ring on her left ring finger.
Meanwhile, Mikki Eduardo also revealed the great news on his Instagram by simply posting a photo of his fiancé's hand sporting the beautiful engagement ring.
A few witnesses, including Mikki's sister Anj Eduardo, posted the intimate proposal on social media.
Mikki covered his living room floor with red and white rose petals and created a romantic atmosphere using candles and fairy lights, while the song “I Will Be Here” was sung in the background by a crooner.
“Lost two family members this year, but regained two more.
"Welcome to the family, @abettinnacarlos,” Anj wrote in the caption.
Betinna piqued the curiosity of the public after she publicized photos of a new guy on her social media account a couple of months ago. At the time, she didn't disclose any information about the guy she is seeing.
A month later, she introduced Mikki to the public by describing him as an answered prayer.
She said, “For years I have prayed to the Lord for a man who 'is already who he should be' 'yung okay na. Ayos na. 'Wala na kong babaguhin.' 'LORD pwede po ba KUNG MAAARI LANG NAMAN LORD 'yung ibibigay Mo po 'yung natrain mo na? Yung 'di ko na po kailangang turuan paano mamahalin at pakikisamahan ang anak ko???'
