Sparkle artist and The Write One actress Bianca Umali reacted to the recent interview of Miguel Tanfelix and said that she's happy for him for being able to “finally talk about what happened” between them.
In the latest episode of the “Updated with Nelson Canlas” podcast, Bianca said that she doesn't have any comments about Miguel's interview.
“That part when he talked about the both of us, I actually have nothing to say. Actually, partly nga e mas I felt happiness pa for him because finally, he was able to talk about what happened to us,” she said.
Bianca admitted that it was “an issue that was never talked about,” and that she and Miguel did not really give statements about what really happened to the both of them in the past.
“I think by his answer (in the Fast Talk With Boy Abunda interview) to that question about us, it answered so many delusions and theories ng mga fans noon,” she added.
In a recent episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Miguel admitted that he and Bianca were in a relationship in the past.
“Yes, Tito [Boy]. Naging kami po ni Bianca,” the Voltes V: Legacy actor admitted. However, he also said that they did not separate on good terms, but did not elaborate on the reason why they did.
Despite their break-up, Miguel said that he and Bianca are still friends, to which the actress agreed.
“Well, of course, I couldn't say that we are friend friends kasi not as barkada friends, but we are friends sa loob ng network, and we don't really see each other that often” she clarified.
Bianca added that she will not deny that she and Miguel have played an important part in each other's careers and that she's not the type of person who will deny such things.
“Because it is for how many years and it's disrespectful naman din to him na i-disregard 'yong presence na yon, so I have nothing against him talaga. It's more of I'm just happy we both have our own lives, our own partners,” she said.
For Bianca, she feels that she and Miguel “both have grown.”
“I think it shows so much in that interview. Kasi, ako, sign that you have matured enough, moved on, and are better today is when you are able to talk about issues from your past.”
