Newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is one of the closest friends of Eat Bulaga host Pauleen Luna.
Newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is one of the closest friends of Eat Bulaga host Pauleen Luna.
In her Instagram account, Pauleen expressed her support for Pia before and after the pageant.
After the results were announced, Pauleen shared her excitement over her friend's victory. "I was right! Congratulations to one of my best friends!!! Bb. Pilipinas Universe!!!!" she wrote.
She also called out Pia's bashers. "So you see... To everyone who tried to make fun of her, you won't reach the top if you quit! Congratulations again love!!!! God is so good!"
The two go way back, even calling themselves as twins.
They also share a bigger group of friends whom they spent the eve of last Valentine's Day with.
