The adventure of Mr. and Mrs. Arellano are far from over as they continue exploring the streets of Hong Kong! Here are more tips from Drew and Iya that you should take note of for your next trip.

READ: Five things to do in Hong Kong

Biyahero tip #1: Indulge in street food

Hong Kong sure knows how to make their tummies happy with a wide variety of street food available. Some must-tries are the bread and pastries in Kee Tsui Cake Shop in Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok and the tofu deep fried mix and homemade sugar free soy milk in Kung WO Tofu along Pei Ho Street in Sham Shui Po.

Biyahero tip #2: Go shopping in PMQ

Police Married Quarters (PMQ) used to house the Hong Kong policemen who have families. Now, it’s a creative hub where over 100 locals and entrepreneurs sell their products.

Biyahero tip #3: Line up for clay pot rice in Temple Street

Part of Hong Kong culture is having clay pot rice during cold seasons. Clay pot dishes are similar to what Filipinos know as rice toppings. Lines are long but the hot meal could be worth the wait.

Biyahero tip #4: Stay in The Park Lane

If you’re willing to spend more for your trip, The Park Lane hotel could be on your list of considerations for accommodations. It is located strategically and furnished modernly. The excellent view and the wide range of breakfast buffet options are definite pluses.

Biyahero tip #5: Try different Michelin-starred restaurants

Several restaurants in Hong Kong have earned themselves Michelin stars. Kam’s Roast Goose, for one, is a restaurant where you’d often find a queue of people willing to wait. Drew revealed that some of his friends fly to Hong Kong only to eat goose, so this place could be worth considering.
