YG Entertainment has announced that BLACKPINK members are set to have solo releases after they drop their full-length album this September.

Aside from a three-part comeback in the next coming months, K-pop girl group BLACKPINK is also set to have solo releases.

This was confirmed by their label, YG Entertainment in a statement they released via the group's official social media pages.

The solo releases are scheduled after the group releases its first full-length album in September.

Rose is the first member to have a solo song after the album drops.

"Rose's solo works have already been completed and its release date is planned to be in September after the release of BLACKPINK's first-ever full-length album," the statement reads.

It also adds that Lisa's solo has already been completed and is awaiting release while Jisoo is currently preparing for hers.

Meanwhile, Jennie already had her solo release back in November 2018, a song called "Solo."

The label has previously announced that BLACKPINK will release a song, a pre-release track, in the middle of June. It will be followed by another song by July or August, then the full album in September.

BLACKPINK also recently collaborated with Lady Gaga for a song called "Sour Candy."
