Meet the Kapuso stars who shined at the 39th Gawad Urian nominations.
Felix Manalo, Walang Forever and Heneral Luna are among the box office hits and so are their lead stars Dennis Trillo, Jennylyn Mercado, and John Arcilla.
They are nominated at this year’s 39th Gawad Urian along with several Kapuso stars, including Taklub’s Nora Aunor who was last year's “Natatanging Gawad Urian” awardee.
The Millionaire’s Wife star Sid Lucero as well as Luis Alandy will join Dennis and John at the awards night under the Best Actor category for Apocalyspe Child and Anino Sa Likod ng Buwan, respectively.
Jennylyn Mercado is nominated in the Best Actress category for Walang Forever alongside LJ Reyes for Anino sa Likod ng Buwan, Alessandra de Rossi for Bambanti and Annicka Dolonius for Apocalypse Child.
Bubble Gang actress Gwen Zamora is the newest face to enter the prestigious award-giving body for her film Apocalypse Child as Best Supporting Actress nominee.
