Brandon Espiritu wrote on Instagram that seeing Kirk Bondad bring home a crown is “unreal.”
Status by Sparkle star Brandon Espiritu has nothing but pride for newly-crowned Mister International 2025 Kirk Bondad.
In one of the more recent posts on his Instagram account, Brandon posted an Instagram Reel of him and Kirk's time together as friends, along with a long caption celebrating Kirk's pageant win. In the caption, Brandon wrote that Kirk pushed him, held him accountable, and was even the reason that he got into pageants in the first place. He also wrote that he's seen Kirk's battles and losses and how he's gotten back up again, and that seeing him bring home a crown for the country is “unreal.”

Kirk has definitely made multiple appearances on Brandon's Instagram account, such as when the two of them shared an ab workout that involves four sets of 30 second crunches, four sets of 30 second over unders, and four sets of 30 second flutter kicks.
Kirk Bondad's Mister International win has been the product of hard work, with Kirk drawing attention for his national costume made by designer Patrick Isorena and is meant to symbolize the Pearl of the Orient Seas. On Kirk's Instagram account, he wrote that the costume was named Perlas Celestia and that it reflects “not just beauty and elegance, but also divine origin, royal power, and eternal light.”
Kirk, alongside representatives from Costa Rica, Ecuador, Thailand, and Indonesia, were the top five of the pageant's national costume competition.
The Mister Pilipinas Worldwide organization had also earlier called for votes for Kirk three weeks ago, stating that it will help land Kirk in the top six of the pageant.
