Bruce Roeland sa kanyang ama: “My dad was my best friend.”
Ikinuwento ng Asawa Ng Asawa Ko actor na si Bruce Roeland kung paano sila nagkaayos ng kanyang ama na Belgian national na si Michael Roeland.
Matatandaan na nagtungo si Bruce sa Belgium kamakailan upang bisitahin ang kanyang ama.
Sa Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, tinanong ng batikang TV host na si Bruce kung siya napunta sa punto na makipag-ayos sa ama.
Ayon sa aktor, talagang malapit siya noon sa kanyang ama na si Michael hanggang sa bigla na lamang itong nawalay sa kanila.
Kuwento niya, “My dad was my best friend like out of everyone in the world when I was a little.
“We would always go out every single day after school to football or karate until here in the Philippines and then one day he was gone. I didn't know any reason.”
Dagdag pa ni Bruce, “So, for eight years I was alone with my mom and I had to work for me and my mom.”
Pagbabahagi pa ng aktor, “So, when I finally matured and finally thought about it, I didn't know the real story about everything, I just went for it kasi wala namang mawawala sa akin like he's my dad, and no matter what happens he's still my dad.”
“I messaged him on Facebook and he reached out to me back and then one thing led to another nakabili kami ng ticket and I went to Belgium. All is good,” ani Bruce.
