Aside from acting and modeling, Bruce Roeland is set to add another thing to his portfolio as he awaits the opening of a sports center named Athlete Central located in Cainta, Rizal.
Bruce owns the business with his three friends, whom he knew because of gym.
"Nung una, interest lang namin mag-workout, and never namin naisip mag-business. Pero since lahat kami businessmen, bigla namin naisip 'yung interest namin na ang gym, gawin na nating business," the Kapuso actor said said in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com.
The idea to build a sports center came from a conversation after one of their workouts.
"After gym, naisip namin, 'Uy, saan tayo?'
Athlete Central will house a basketball court, badminton courts, pickleball courts, billiard tables, a bar, a restaurant, a mancave, a longevity room, and a recovery room, among other amenities.
Bruce is set to star in the upcoming GMA Prime series Mga Batang Riles alongside Miguel Tanfelix, Kokoy de Santos, Raheel Bhyria, and Antonio Vinzon.
