bts permission to dance on stage

'Permission To Dance On Stage' is the first virtual concert by BTS in a year.

BTS reiterates their desire to meet their fans while at the same time declaring that they hope it will happen soon in their latest online concert Permission To Dance On Stage.

Permission To Dance On Stage was the group's first online concert since last year's Map of the Soul ON:E, which was also held in October last year. This year's concert featured a setlist of 23 songs performed over the span of two-and-a-half hours, with most of the songs being remixes made for the concert.

The concert started with a powerful performance of “ON,” the group's title track from Map of the Soul: 7 before immediately segueing to energetic hits “Fire,” “Dope,” and “DNA.”

The group then slowed things down with more contemplative hits like “Blue & Grey” and “Black Swan” before surprising fans with a “Blood, Sweat, and Tears” and “Fake Love” medley. A rousing performance of “Idol,” the title track from , fully utilized the LED screens of the concert stage.

Billboard number hits “Dynamite” and “Butter” were also performed, backed by a live band that added even more to the chart-topping hits. The group also dug deep into their catalog to perform fan favorites “I Need U,” “Epilogue: Young Forever,” and “Spring Day.”

Throughout the concert, the band members did not hold back from expressing how much they missed their loyal fans, the ARMY. Early on in the concert, Jungkook said “Although we cannot see you today, it's an honor that we can show us to you. We'll do our best in today's concert.”

The concert also saw band member V sit out most of the group's famous choreography due to an injury that he suffered the night before the concert. While he spent most of the concert seated, he assured fans that he is okay and not to worry too much.

Permission To Dance On Stage will most likely reflect what Permission To Dance On Stage - LA will be like. The four-day concert which will be held at the SoFi Stadium is already sold out, with its final date on December 2 also to be livestreamed.

Permission To Dance On Stage is the second successful online concert that BTS's agency, HYBE, has staged in the month of October. Earlier, the company held ACT:BOY, the first solo online concert of BTS's label mates, Tomorrow x Together.
