
Jimin of the global group BTS has set a historical record as his song, “Like Crazy,” debuted at No. 1 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Billboard released the latest Hot 100 data on Tuesday, showing “Like Crazy,” on top of the chart. The hit song serves as the title track of Jimin's first solo album, FACE.

According to Billboard, the vocalist-dancer is the first South Korean soloist to clinch the top spot of the Hot 100.

Meanwhile, Jimin's album, FACE, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and is also the top-selling album of the week.
Jimin marked the historical achievement with a photo of the chart posted on his personal Instagram account.
“Love u all,” he wrote in his caption with a purple heart emoji.
His fellow members, RM and J-hope, were quick to congratulate him on his feat as each reposted the chart on their respective Instagram stories.
RM is a co-writer of “Like Crazy” and the song also earned him his fourth top Hot 100 as a writer.
As a group, BTS has charted six hits on top of the Hot 100 chart, with “Dynamite,” “Savage Love [BTS Remix],” “Life Goes On,” “Butter,” “Permission To Dance,” and “My Universe.”
