The global group BTS will be reuniting soon as SUGA nears the completion of his military service.
The group's record label, BigHit Music, on Wednesday, shared the news of SUGA's upcoming social work discharge on Weverse.
“SUGA is close to completing his service as a Social Work Personnel and will soon be discharged,” it said.
SUGA started his alternative military service in September 2023.
The label reiterated that no special events are planned on SUGA's discharge and urged the fans not to visit the site.
“Overcrowding can pose safety risks, and we sincerely request our fans not to visit the sites in person. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts,” BigHit noted.
BigHit added, “We are always grateful for your unwavering love and support for SUGA. Our company will continue to put our utmost effort into supporting our artists.”
SUGA is the last member of BTS to complete his mandatory military service. RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were discharged earlier this month, while Jin and J-hope completed theirs in 2024.
BTS delighted fans when all seven members reunited at the encore show of J-hope's solo concert in Goyang on their 12th anniversary last June 13.
