RM, the leader of global group BTS, has narrated the audio guide for selected pieces in the upcoming exhibit of modern Korean artworks at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) in Los Angeles, California.
Yonhap News Agency on Tuesday reported that the rapper-producer recorded a guide for 10 selected works from the upcoming The Space Between: The Modern in Korean Art exhibit.
The guides are in both English and Korean and will be available at LACMA, as well as the website of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea (MMCA).
Kim Namjoon, or RM to most, is known for his love for arts and often shares his favorite pieces on his personal Instagram page.
Meanwhile, The Space Between exhibit will feature around 130 works by 88 artists from September 11 to February 19, 2023.
According to LACMA, the exhibit “spans the arc of European influences in the Korean Empire to American influences throughout the Korean War, with glimpses into the beginning of the contemporary.”
The exhibition is part of Hyundai Motor's Korean Art Scholarship Initiative and was organized by LACMA with MMCA.
