BTS member V says he has "unforgettable memories" from his time as a cast member in 'Jinny's Kitchen.'
Kim Tae-hyung or V of K-pop boy group BTS shared some of his unexpected and special memories from his time as a cast member in the cooking reality show Jinny's Kitchen, which just premiered this week.
The show features a star-studded cast featuring popular Korean idol V on its first episode.
V takes on the challenge of selling Korean street food in Mexico, and the Korean idol said it led to a lot of surprising moments that made a huge impression on him.
"I had high hopes when I joined the show. And when I got there (to shoot the show), I had several new experiences. The show has left me with such unforgettable memories," V said during an online press conference for the show, reported by The Korean Times.
Jinny's Kitchen is a spin-off to the 2017 show Youn's Kitchen. The celebrities casted will be headed to Bacalar, Mexico to introduce locals to Korean street food like kimbap (rice and vegetables wrapped in dried seaweed) and tteokbokki (spicy stir-fried rice cakes). Its first episode will premiere on February 24.
