ristoffer martin and his buttered rice with steak

Kristoffer Martin shares his no-sweat Buttered Rice and Steak recipe that any cooking newbie can do at home.

Cooking steak can be intimidating and tricky, especially for cooking newbies, as it can easily become overcooked. But you can cook it like a meat master with the help of Kapuso actor Kristoffer Martin's easy steak recipe.

So, if you want to try his quick, no-sweat steak recipe, here are the ingredients you'll need:

steak (rib eye or chuck eye roll cut)
garlic
onions
butter
pepper
salt
broth powder or cubes
seasoning sauce
rice

Here's the step-by-step guide on how to make Buttered Rice:

1. Saute garlic in oil and butter without letting it turn brown, then add onions.

2. Add broth powder or broth cubes.

3. Add in the rice.

4. Season with salt.

And here are three simple steps on how to cook steak:

1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and a bit of seasoning sauce.

2. Cook the steak in oil and butter. Spend three minutes on each side before flipping.

3. Add garlic and continue cooking the steak evenly by flipping every 10 or 20 seconds.

For Kristoffer's recipe, he opted to use the chuck eye roll cut instead of rib-eye cut because it's cheaper but has the same quality.

You can also serve your steak with gravy just like what he did to make it extra tasty.
