Caitlyn Stave celebrates the birthday of her boyfriend Rafael Jaworski.
Sparkle actress Caitlyn Stave marked the special day of her boyfriend, Rafael Jaworski, with a sweet birthday message for him.
Caitlyn shared two candid photos of her and Rafael on Instagram, which she accompanied with a heartfelt message for her “sweet blessing.”
“[M]ay this new chapter of your life be even better than the last. [I] thank God & my lucky stars for bringing you into my life every single day & [I] always pray that He continues to shower you with success & happiness,” Caitlyn mused.
Caitlyn concluded her greeting with a sweet, “[I] love you, my sweet blessing.”
Caitlyn's boyfriend, Rafael, is the son of Mikee Cojuangco and Dodot Jaworski.

In June, Caitlyn also expressed how proud she is of Rafael, who graduated from the University of Santo Tomas.
