Camille Co doing prenatal pilates

Camille Co shares how prenatal pilates will help her recover faster after she gives birth to her second baby.

Content creator and lifestyle influencer Camille Co-Koro makes sure to stay fit and prepares herself for the changes happening to her body, now that she is pregnant with her second baby.

Camille and her Finnish husband Joni Koro announced to the public on July 7 that their daughter Sienna is going to be an Ate.

In a recent update on Instagram Story, the celebrity mom shared that she is doing prenatal pilates.

In an article posted at webmd.com, prenatal pilates exercises engage the entire body by accenting the core muscles, including obliques, abdominals, and Kegel muscles. These are important for a successful and comfortable prenatal experience and delivery. And because pilates is a low-impact practice, pilates for pregnancy can usually be modified to accommodate different movements and postures.

According to Miss Koro, doing prenatal pilates really helped her to recover faster after her c-section.

“Once I found out I was pregnant, we immediately switched from my regular pilates sessions to prenatal pilates,” Camille said.

“I remember recovering so fast after my c-section the first time around. Already bending after a couple of weeks and making you guys nervous lol.”

“I was also always on the move during my first pregnancy and was still able to move fast even until my 40th week with Sienna in my belly. I never felt sluggish. No back pain despite my scoliosis too.”

Camille gave birth to Sienna Elea in March 2021.
