Meanwhile, it is no doubt that Camille is our newest “fitspiration” as the actress-host openly shares the journey to her fitter and healthier self.
During her Instagram Live on Wednesday, June 2, she shared the adjustments she made to her diet.
“I eat everything. I changed my white rice to eating adlay, more fish, more chicken, more gulay, less meat, less beef, no sweets.
"I hardly eat any sweets like bihirang-bihira talaga,” she said.
The celebrity mom likewise related to her viewers that working out has become a regular part of her daily life.
“At this point, na-happy na ako sa workout like, 'pag hindi ko siya nagagawa, I feel like my days are incomplete. I feel so sluggish na parang wala akong energy.
"So, I actually love it and I look for it. I like working out, I enjoy working out,” she added.

The fitness enthusiast then gave tips to her followers that when “Engaging your core is very important every time you workout kasi 'pag nag-i-stomach in kayo, tinitigasan n'yo 'yung tiyan n'yo, parang mas madaling magbuhat ng mga bagay-bagay kaysa 'pag hindi.”
With a slimmer figure and healthier body, we can wait to see more looks from our newest quarantine “fitspiration.”
