
Versatile actress, comedian, and podcaster Candy Pangilinan is breathing a sigh of relief after her mom, Dori, was discharged from the hospital.
Candy posted a video on Instagram taken from the St. Luke's Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City, wherein her mother is undergoing some tests.
In the caption, she revealed that her mom stayed in the hospital for nine days. She also expressed her gratitude to all the medical personnel and doctors, who took care of her mom for several days.
“After [nine] days in the hospital we are finally going home,” Candy posted. She added, “Thank you to all the nurses and , staff who have helped us. Thank you to all doctors, who meticulously and passionately treated my mom led by cardiologist Dr. Cordova, infectious doctor Dr. Gabonada, Rheumatologist Dra. Zamora, Gastrointestinal Dr. Cua, cardiologist Rehab Dr. Yambao.
“Special thanks to all who prayed with us and for us. You know who you are.”
Several showbiz personalities commented on Candy's latest health update about her mom including her best friend, actress-politician Aiko Melendez.
Candy has a son named Quentin, who has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism.
