American rapper Cardi B has delivered some exciting news, this time as a proud mom-to-be!

In her recent interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings, Cardi B happily confirmed the swirling rumors about expecting a baby with New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

"Well yes! I'm having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs," the rapper announced. " I'm excited, I'm happy. I feel like I'm in a good space."

The rapper expressed feeling stronger and more empowered as she balances motherhood with her thriving career. She also credited Stefon for being a supportive partner while both of them continue to inspire each other as a couple.

"He just makes me feel safe, very confident, and very like strong," she shared. "Like two weeks ago, I was nearly having a panic attack. I was like crying and crying just because I was getting really nervous with the whole album roll out, people were coming at me very hard...

"He makes me very confident. I feel like feeling safe is feeling confident. Feeling like you could do it and it makes you feel like you could take over the world. "

This will be Cardi B's fourth child, following her three children with ex-husband Offset.

The baby is expected to arrive before her highly anticipated tour in February, which will support her upcoming studio album Am I the Drama?

Cardi B is one of the well loved female rappers in America and globally. Some of her hits are "Please Me" (with Bruno Mars), "I Like it," and "Wap" (feat Megan Thee Stallion).

She also collaborated with hit K-pop girl group Blackpink in their song "Bet You Wanna."
