What was in Carla's letter to her beloved grandmother?
Many of Carla Abellana's two million Instagram followers got all nostalgic after the To Have And To Hold actress shared on Instagram stories the letter she wrote for her grandmother.
In her post, the Kapuso primetime actress said, “I found this letter I wrote to my grandmother. I wonder how old I was when I wrote it.”
It brought a lot of memories for the actress-vlogger because, in the letter, she was asking her lola to borrow a certain book.
Part of the letter reads:
“Dear Mamang,
“Can I borrow the book, The Children's Bible. Just Check here _____ yes_____ no.
“I promise I will finish it because it is all about Jesus. Thank you for giving it to us and letting us read it.
“I always want a good book and all about Jesus. You know why I want to borrow it because I want to read it. Thank you.”

Carla is the daughter of Rey “PJ” Abellana who was last seen in the primetime series I Left My Heart in Sorsogon.
Meanwhile, her mother, Rea Reyes is a popular commercial model in the '80s who also ventured into acting.
PJ and Rea first met in the hit GMA-7 soap Anna Liza starring the late teenage star, Julie Vega. In her previous interview, Carla mentioned that she was barely five when her parents' marriage was annulled.
Last October 2021, Carla tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend Tom Rodriguez at the San Juan Nepomuceno Parish Church in Batangas.
