Animal welfare advocate and actress Carla Abellana's heart is broken with the death of her pet dog.
It's a very sad day for the 'Pamilya Roces' star Carla Abellana who is also known to many as an animal welfare advocate. Her pet dog, Sunny died of multiple illnesses and this Carla shared over on Instagram.
She wrote: "My heart is broken. My Sunny is gone."
Days prior to Sunny's passing, Carla pleaded with her followers to pray for her pet.
"Dear friends, family, relatives, loved ones, fans and followers... Please help me pray for my SUNNY who is currently confined for multiple illnesses. It's hard enough seeing him so weak, with no appetite and barely any energy to get up and walk; it's even harder leaving him behind at the animal hospital, not knowing for sure if he'll get better anytime soon. I've been praying hard for God to heal him so I can bring him home already, but the complications that may rise from his “dialysis” are terrifying and could leave him sick for the rest of his life. Despite this, I am hopeful and I strongly believe in the power of prayer. I trust the vets treating him and I trust God more. Please say a quick prayer for him now."
