Kapuso actress Carla Abellana is selling her posh condominium unit at The Grove by Rockwell in Pasig City.
According to the Kapuso primetime star, even the furniture and the parking space is included in the asking price.
But if you are on a tight budget, you can also rent this beautiful property.
She posted, “And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It's fully (and excessively) furnished! If they're not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It's totally up to you.
“Of course parking (which alone costs more than P1M! ) is included in the asking price already.”
A quick check on the comment section of Carla's post shows that fellow Kapuso actor Benjamin Alves saw this place, when he was looking for a condo two years ago.
In March 2021, Carla and Tom Rodriguez surprised everyone announcing that they got engaged in October 2020. The showbiz couple then tied the knot at San Juan Nepomuceno Parish Church in Batangas on October 23, 2022.
