Just like many Filipinos who got separated from their loved ones because of the ongoing enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), Carla Abellana will not be able to visit her mom Rea Reyes and celebrate her birthday today, April 25.

In her Instagram post, the Kapuso primetime star greeted her mom on her special day and made a promise to her once the ECQ has been lifted.
Carla wrote, "Dear Mom, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! As much as i want us to be together on your special day, we'll have to celebrate some other time.
"I hope and pray that you still feel all the love from your loved ones today. We love you so much and we can't wait to be with you very soon! ️- Cars, Tom and Bubbly"
