Just how great is a grandmother's love?
Curtain Call, the award-winning and heartwarming melodrama from South Korea, is coming to GMA this July.
Gloria (Go Doo-shim), the founder of a leading hotel chain in Korea, is diagnosed with cancer and has only three months to live. Gloria's final wish is to be reunited with her grandson, Maurice, whom she was separated from years ago.
When Gloria's right-hand man, Samuel (Sung Dong-il), tracks down Maurice, he learns that he has grown up to be a criminal.
Samuel then decides to keep the truth about her grandson from Gloria and hires struggling actor Joaquin (Kang Ha-neul) to pretend to be Maurice.
How will Joaquin go about living as someone he isn't? Will Gloria and her granddaughter Sharon (Ha Ji-won) eventually learn Joaquin's true identity?
