What will happen if a genius but stoic part-timer becomes an enthusiastic police officer’s crime partner?
Hae-Sol (Nam Ji-hyun) met Tristan (Kim Joo-Young) while trying to find out how their neighbor's dog suddenly died. The young Hae-Sol nonchalantly showcased her analytical skills in front of the overly passionate policeman, and eventually solved the case. In awe with her “deductive abilities,” Tristan tried to convince Hae-Sol to use her "gift" in guiding policemen as a female detective. However, Hae-Sol immediately declined the offer and emphasized that she's just (and will only be) a part-timer at a pet store.
Still, Tristan didn't give up. And it's not until the police officer loses his gun while trying to help Hae-Sol that finally made her give in to his request. The young part-timer then decided to return the favor by finally using her special ability: she’s a synesthete who can see a person’s aura, whether they're sad or happy, or even when they’re lying or telling the truth.
While trying to solve crimes together, will Tristan learn about Hae-Sol's dark past and eventually uncover the mystery behind her father's death? Find out in Girl Detective Park Hae-Sol, Monday to Friday at 11:00 pm starting on December 11 on GMA News TV.
