Catriona Gray also hosted a fundraiser for her birthday this year.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is celebrating her 31st birthday and she marked her special day with stunning photos.
In an Instagram post, the beauty queen bloomed in her patchwork-inspired midi dress as she posed among the hydrangeas.
"Another year to bloom. Grateful for the privilege of becoming one year older," Catriona mused.
Catriona also expressed her gratitude to everyone who remembered her special day.
"Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to send me birthday wishes! I appreciate you all so much," she continued.
Catriona's friends and followers, including her fellow beauty queens Megan Young and Roxie Smith, commented their birthday wishes on her post.

A few days before her birthday, Catriona announced she was holding a birthday fundraiser to benefit Smile Train Philippines.
"All donations will go towards giving free and comprehensive cleft care to children affected with cleft," Catriona explained in a previous Instagram post.
